Your concern is understandable, considering that the Junkers have... businesses to attend to on Yanagi. One could assume that occasionally there may be less legal transactions being conducted on Yanagi when the GMG are looking the other way. But one can only speculate, hai? Hai, you'll surely be gone when the debris fields are all cleaned up, no doubt!

However, as you must be wondering, none of the above have anything to do with the reasons why we're declaring martial law in Sigma-13. We're having problems with a group of undesirable squatters in Sigma-13. Shortly after our Paramilitary patrols found the location of their concealed and illegally built base, we've seen Hogosha vessels docking on their station, as well as other corporate transports that we used to consider trustworthy. We won't tolerate their disrespect for our laws or towards the men and women who sacrificed their lives for a independent and sovereign GMG Sigma-13.

But once again, we might be looking through our fingers if you ever happen to come upon someone who's violating the martial law in Sigma-13. After all, travel beyond the trade lanes can be most dangerous. Most people might think you're just rodents running through garbage, but you and me both know that there's more to it than that.

I had a feeling it was something along those lines. There has been some strange whispering in the bar. It seems that we understand each other so I’ll leave it to you to handle your affairs in Sigma 13. Your record to date has been a good one when it comes to dealing with problems. Like I said, I leave it to you because we have no interest in assisting with your martial law. Now Hogosha causing problems is another matter entirely. If you could forward any intel you have on Hogosha vessels causing trouble in Sigma 13 I will most definitely pass it on to my people who are in a position to do something about that.
