I am contacting you on behald of DHC to offer you docking rights to Krupp Munitions. The installation was acquired a few weeks ago and is being retrofitted to work as an ore storage facility. Even though the retrofitting operation is not complete, the base is now fully operational.
Currently we are offering Aluminum ore, and are in the process to negotiate He3. In the future we will also offer Cobalt, Copper and Diamonds. If you are interested in this offer let us know so we can prepare the dicking bays and do the required paperwork

Nothing is required on your side but willingness to start mutually beneficial and profitable business relationship , as you excellent described what we aim for, Herr Stow. Indeed so far there was no contact between our groups, but we do have hope this situation will change in the closest future.
