Let me Introduce My Self. I am a proud Captain Of the Liberty Carrier ArkRoyal. She is such a beauty. My name is Kyle Weaver. Anyway.
What i wanted to say was, i have *Cunningly* found blue prints of a Osiris Class Battleship. Me and a huge team of engineers are working as best as we can to get this ship completed. It is in the stages of Weapons testing at the moment.
Our plans are to make it part of the Liberty Navy. Ofcorse there will be Navy Weapons placed on the ship. As she is originaly made by the Order and brought by the Corsairs, there will be some slight problems. The Main problem is that our ship that we are creating will have a slightly smaller core because we dont have all the Technology needed. I believe that the core will be reduced to 75% of its normal size. Nether the less, she will still operate to our standereds because of her amazing manuverablity. All other problems will be easily over come in the next few days.
Now, i am asking permission to allow this ship into Liberty Space. To fight for the liberty navy. I believe she will be a huge asset. As previously said she will have a Navy Identification Friend or Foe and her computers will be uploaded with Navy material. The Ship will be named after a 20th Century Ship called the 'Motana'. She might be renamed soon, i will keep you guys up todate with names.
I await your aporval of my new ship. It would be such a waste to let it lie in the Scrap heap because it cant be used.

If I understand your words correctly, you're asking us permission for a vessel you already started building.

I assume this explain why the list of requisition for battleship class plating and bare components registered to your name for the past week has been gigantic.
This does not make me happy. You've been using materials to start building a ship before you even bothered to ask the admiralty if you could do it.
Now as you said, scrapping it would be a mistake. So go on, build your ship.

And secondly after paying the funds and once the ship is complete, am i able to Fly ot around liberty protecting the people of Liberty. Wasnt to sure and would rather ask first.

Considering you've said you will install LN transponders, you will have access to all of Liberty just like any naval vessel. If you mean the border system, use common sense.
Zone-21, Bering, Hudson, Galileo, Kepler, Magellan and Cortez can be patrolled.
Do not go to Manchester unless you are with Bretonian forces or they request your assistance.
Do not go to Shikoku unless you are with Kusarian forces or they request your assistance.
Do not go to Omicron Minor and beyond alone.
