The project dragon has been cancelled.
The Rheinland military high command is forbidding any futher actions with Kusarian technology.
Kusari naval forces demand all the ships what are in your possesion to be given back as soon as possible.
To avoid any diplomatic problems you are to make sure it happens.
Because you have insulted a house what is friendly to the bundesrepublik Rheinland you are to send an official apology from your side aswell.
This is a direct order from the Rheinland military high command.

Guten abend, Herr Admiral. To be honest, I was shocked at first, but, after your words of "giving it back as soon as possible", I believe there's some significant misunderstanding going on. Can't name the reason under which Kusarians would try to misinform High Command, but the project you're talking about is, mostly, of Rheinland's origin. Here are the logs of the original message sent to the Kusarian side by me.
We're sorry for disclosing the origins of the project to the foreign nation, but it was an important thing to prevent a serious misunderstanding. Kinda sad that it still took place. We do care for the Fatherland and it's fate.
As you can see there, the ship in question has the very same composition as the Kusarian vessels, but with Rheinland-produced powergrid, weaponry, sensor arrays and most of the engine. The only part of the ship, that was left in one piece, which belonged to Kusarian battleship at the gates of Honshu 20 years ago, is it's nose, few parts of the engine and those wings. Also, we're trying to use Kusarian produced armor plating (partially salvaged from the ships back then), since our own materials of same characteristics are found to be somewhat more expensive due to inferior manufacturing method.
That's why I knew that you've been misinformed when you ordered to give away a, so far, most succesfull and up-to-date project of our EWB. I believe, that "Dragon", if it's put into mass production to substitute currently used model of the battleships, can change the outcome of the war. Unfortunately, it's impossible at this stage, but we have faith.
Now, about the second part. Well, what would you expect me to answer when some tight eyed freak is threatening my life, life of my crew and, most important, life of my baby that nor he, nor his current government have any relations to? Of course I'll send him back packed in a 20 inch high Urn, only out of respect to his predecessors that developed such a sophisticated military design.
To be honest, to prevent any kind of the unnecessary hostilities between Kusari and Rheinland, which would harm Rheinland more then Kusari, I was hoping for the Primary Fleet to stay out of that. I don't mind assassins coming and trying to cut my head off and steal my dear baby. I do mind if it's blowing up into high politics sphere. After all, we need all our available forces at the frontline, and you, potentially, may not have necessary resources to spend over such trivial matters? It would be great if we would find a way to reduce it to personal confrontation, without affecting the relations of our Houses.
And yes, we'll be trying to find a way to remove that pesky Kusarian symbol from ship's nose without touching it's machinery. Can't tell if we'll succeed, though.

I thought I expressed myself clear enough.
To avoid any diplomatic problems with the Kusarian side, that ship has to be given back to them.
It does not matter whether it was rebuilt with Rheinland parts or not, but the Kusarian are proud on their military technology and are making no jokes in this direction.
If you are planning doing such projects in the future, inform the Rheinland military high command first.
