Looking for a system editor

Hello!

I am looking for some kind of map/system editor thingy. For Freelancer vannilia that is.

Basicly all I want do to do is create a system using the Freelancer vannilia resources. Then put some stations, planets asteroids, factions, patrol paths. Everything a system needs. Only Im not interested in trade lanes and gump gates.

And it will be nice if I can edit the station. Not the design. What faction does it belong to, missions, what it buys/sells.
