Throwing stats at people and asking for ships to fit them is not how things work here.
If you want a ship, you have a model made first, submit the model, then the ship gets balanced.
Also, the current policy is "No new ships in the mod which are not replacements for older ships".
Lastly, the Corse don't need their own Gunboat; it'd make more sense for the Maquis to have one first due to close ties with the Council (or even their own snub line).
