I am Stephen Schwerdtfeger, Guildmaster of the IMG, and I was informed about a base that your group is building. Yesterday, IMG| convoys spotted ORBC tagged and IMG IDed transports carrying the goods and today I got confirmation.
Our patrols confirm, that IMG| tagged transponders are not allowed to dock.
The most pressing issue is: Do you have Rheinland's permission to build a base there?
I advise you to get into contact with the Guild fast.

Please, let me welcome the ORBC, trader company. We are not smugglers, not pirates, but honest traders. As you can see. Our base is not "hidden" or "restricted" but still under construction. Base target is centre, office and home for the ORBC team traders. After our base will be done, we are ready to get contracts for trade and work. The ORBC highly respect subordination, so if anybody got a question, i am here glad to help as the ORBC Leader and Base Administrator.

I have to tell you that I am rather sure that it was no wise choice to start building a base without getting Rheinland's permission before the construction started. I foresee another drama when a station needs to be evacuated before it is getting deconstructed by House forces.
I for sure hope that you, Administrator, know about the political implications of building an IMG base in Omega 7.
I personally wished your group had contacted us before because Falster Trade Center (Omega 3, at the O7 Gate) could have been operated much better and more profitable with a group like yours using it. But I guess, it's the way it is.
I would like to ask for docking permission for IMG| tagged vessels, and can offer access to Falster Trade Center in return.
As we decided to make it Daumann. I cannot let you dock on the base. For the ships you say did dock on it as IMG ones. They will be provided with new papers. This decision we made because we are all people from Rheinland. We are sorry that we might give you false intentions about a base wich would be an IMG one. Everyone within our group is informed. So if you see any IMG papers on our ships. I would like you to inform us so actions can be taken against it.
