i would like to ask for permission to build base at Tau 37 system. For now, target is a home base for the ORBC Zoners. We are traders and we can bring better economy to Tau 37 system and bring more traders. If permission will be granted, later might be as business base. Location is still not known. We are honest traders and we never trade with contraband. We could bring more trade, economy and work positions for people in Tau 37 system and do Tau 37 very happy system. We are ready to start with our plans as soon as possible.

first, we need decide, what to do now. Our first target is make some money. We will wait for answer from people from Tau 37. That answer will be more, then important for us to decide our next goal. We losted too many people inside our base.
I am Susan Anders, pilot for the Colonial Republic and one of the Flight Officers of the 49th Firebirds squadron based in the Taus.
While a friendly (or decidedly neurtal) face in the area might be fine with us, the Maltese are likely to have a problem with you setting up shop on their doorstep - take a look at Falkland for example.
The Royalist forces are also distrustful of Zoners and they might get take action against your base as well.
The Tau systems generally aren't the safest of places, have you considered putting a Zoner base further south away from the war, possibly in the Omegas?
Then again, drawing their larger war assets into one place makes for a fine shooting gallery.
If you do still want to go ahead, I hope we'd be welcome enough to trade, and in return we'd be around to shoot any of the above who have a problem with you.
