i do believe there's been some hype regarding one or more of the ships in that group in the last week or two - some detective work will probably give you the answer to your question.

but a thread like this won't get you far, i am afraid. if you believe a rule has been broken, gather evidence and submit a sanction report.

Flying up to random people and dropping mines blows them up pretty quickly if you don't say anything.

On a better note, it indirectly made for some interesting rp.
