Am thinking of making a Hogosha character, but was wondering how the government changeover would have affected them, as Samura are no longer in control.
Storyline:
- When the Kishiro backed republic government came into power, a lot of the Hogosha were purged from positions of power, often leading to them being incarcerated. The remaining Hogosha operations receive greater scrutiny.
Players:
- The old Samura aligned Hogosha suddenly have as much influence in Kishiro and the KSP and are still untouchable within the new government.
So basically, it depends on who you ask.
