As you can see, all of those bases are in Gallia, so you probably have to hire someone to fetch those for you.

I can give you a hint if you make a Interspace full repped ship go to dunby station near gallic border worlds there you get an Gallic Police Bribe and gallic is fully white it costs around 2 million and the base where this bribe is, is an IMG Base.
