First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Clayton Webb, CEO of the [CIB]Industries. My network sells weapons / equipments in the heart of Liberty space, in New York and it also offers many services to the People of Sirius. "Alright, that is good, but the shop itself is so far away from your home, why am I writing to you" -you may think-.
I started this corporation as a miner, then it became a small network what was offering mining services for others, and so on. Luckily it grew so fast that I was able to add more -rare- supplies what People were looking for. Now it's reached a new level again, started to outgrew itself. Because of this I would like to extend my market and due to more and more customers are from Kusari space, I thought that my best, safest and most trustful option would be Your base. (I am a friend of the zoners, they always had and will have my support. Bringing peace on a land is always a noble goal.)
But stepping into the middle of the things, I would like to use Freeport XXI as an extension of my upcoming Armor section. It means that I would like to store and mainly sell many types of armors (From Armor upgrade 8 up to capital armor upgrade 8).
That way, people from Kusari don't have to travel to an other part of Sirius. They just need to go to the Freeport and pick their wished equipments avoiding most of the dangers of a long journey.
I know that there is nothing for free and I am willing to pay the neccessary price for the usage of the base (only if the "renting" is possible of course). Please let me know your opinion about it. Also if you approve it, send a copy of terms and conditions over to me.
Honestly i am not surprised.. The location of Freeport XXI is for many pilots a good spot to dock and check out the stores. Some buy for big amounts, others for smaller. And well this might be also a good additional asset.
You state that more and more customers are comming from Kusari. I hope you won't attract bad folk do you? As i am not in the mood to undock and see some battleships in front of my home. Both Commander Matok and I preserve the piece around our homes. I suggest you will keep that in mind. Also towards your customers.
You are right that nothing is for Free. As we need to maintain the base with all the expenses what comes along with it. So what was your thought about the payment? Have some in mind, but think i will trow the ball first at your feet.

Of course, my busniess policy still stands, what says that I'm not dealing with criminals. I am trying to keep it as much as I can - e.g.: forwarding to custromers indeed - however due to it is a Freeport - a stop for everyone, I can't promise / prevent that the armory will not attract some suspicious presence.
About the payment, after a little calculation, I think a fix price of 175,000,000 SC / 3 week would help you maintining the base. Also I would add an additional price, which will be the 7% of my monthly profit (what was made in the Freeport of course).
Well i have considered your offer. And decided to Accept it.
I shall put it on a testfase of 3 weeks. After these 3 weeks both parties decide to make it a long term contract or not. This is possible from your side by depositing the next payment to our bank, or by response on this communication. This contract will start upon receiving of your first payment of 175,000,000 SC. And we shall see the outcome in 3 weeks and 3 days after that. As i give you 3 additional days for setting it up as you wish.
