"Vice-Premier, it's not the manpower that's the REAL issue, it's the technical expertise that we are somewhat lacking to construct a highly efficient Docking Ring, we can offer all the incentives we want, but without a good look at the Colonial's Ring our work will not be the most effective, if you want any chance of having a fully functional and SAFE Docking Ring within the year, get some information from the Colonial Republic or a team there to investigate the ring there and get technical specifications..." he commented, stroking his bare chin with one hand while the other propped his head up while leaning back slightly in the chair.

Meier leaned back and sighed a bit, he laid his head back in thought before sitting up again.

Meier slid over the last folder marked TOP SECRET. Inside was the plans to expand Mykolaiv Station by 2 Docking bays and some more Research Quarters.
