Freelancer Discovery crash on start. [Solved]

For some odd reason, when I start up my game. It goes to the start screen. Before the menu. Then crashes to desktop. I'm pretty know to Freelancer crash.

Additional Info.
I'm running Vista.

I had mods getting loaded with Discovery. Foolish me.

Just keep trying over and over again...
Most of the times it takes about 10 restarts for me.

Yea, that isn't really working for me. It just gets stuck there for about thirty seconds. Then it crashes to desktop.

I've ran as Admin the last... Five or six times. Same deal. I'll try to re-install.

Update/edit: While installing, the installer comes up with an error, saying I'm missing a file of some kind. If my memory serves it is a ship file. Now I wonder how that could effect start up.
