Dock on player ship/turn off tech comp

hello, i saw on an threat that i can dock on a player battleship or any ship with space
but i try and i cant, the ship need something or any command?, btw how i can turn off the plugin of the tech compability?

Oh you mean tech nerf? Dont know if you can do that, and if you try it on the main server you'll be banned.
