You say you keep most things vague in your history so you will have more RP opportunities later on, but you forget that we are talking about history here. About the past, stuff that has already been happened. Do you really want to form the background RP of your faction based on present actions? That's not how the world goes, you know, action comes before reaction and not vice versa (let's just forget quantum physics and various movies here), you have to build up your characters, your behavior, your actions based on your past, not form your past to fit your actions. Past events determine the present, not the opposite. In my opinion you should indeed "set your history in stone" so that players wouldn't complain about how you shouldn't have done this or that or that you didn't clearly state on your info page that you are this and that. Clearly and understandably provided information can easily prevent a lot of troubles where such vagueness what you provided by your history can lead to.

I personally see the Blood Dragons closer to this then Bundshuh since the former were the government thrown into exile while the Bundshuh are more of a rebellious group of Rheinland. (I'll come back to this one since you mention this again later in the post).
Actually that isn't really the case. The Blood Dragons were only the personal guard of the Emperor that was deposed in favour of Samura's one. You could support their cause to return the old ruler, but a "first come first served" strategy doesn't seem all that great. Otherwise you'd want to support someone trying to bring back the tyrannical monarchy of early Bretonia that forced families to have many children to increase the working population, which was only removed by a populist civil war?
That also brings me onto the next point, of the legitimately replaced Rheinland Empire by none other than the legal political party, the Bundschuh. I think that lasted twenty years before the corps conspired to regain control of the government and nothing changed other than the name. So it depends on how you view that, whether you would support them or not.
I regret to inform you that your application for official status has been denied at this point. All is not lost, however, as you are off to a solid start all things considered. Others have also faced hurdles of this sort before finally becoming official.
Unfortunately so, but I have seen some improvement/changes in-game in the last couple of weeks. Still needs work on the backstory and taking into account feedback in that and other regards.
