Subject: Ship Request
Dear officials of the gallic crown,
my name's Blake C. Monroe and I'm the vice president of IND's quality management and I've got a request. I assume you've heard about our company at least once and I hope not in a bad way. Lately I've heard some interesting stuff from our captains telling me about a pretty nice ship class which is build in your house. The scanner data my people were able to get from the ship looks so outstanding that I'd like to purchase one of this "Lucullus" class vessels to use it as my mobile office.
Unfortunately I don't know who's in charge of such deals in your kingdom so I thought it'd be best to ask the crown and its representatives for help in this matter.
If there's a specific company in charge of selling those impressive vessels I'd like to know who am I supposed to contact.
I can assure you that the vessel won't be used for anything that might be considered illegal in the kingdom of Gallia nor outside of it. The ship will have legit papers of the Independent Neuralnet Division.
I'm willing to pay extra fees or export tax if this is necessary.
It it's possible to customize the interior design of the vessel I'm also willing to pay the work, material and equipment which is going to be used during this process.
Signed,
Blake C. Monroe
Vice President of Quality Management
we have details of you on our database as you have recently confirmed. Apologies for the delay in replying as the database audit is taking a lot of the limited administrative time we have.
It is unusual to allow Gallic ship technology into Sirius but in the spirit of our new non-war expansions it in now not inconceivable.
There would of course be a charge levied in addition to purchase price, as you will appreciated there are some sensitive technologies we need to remove. This liner is constructed by EFL whom we suggest you contact. If no reply is forthcoming then feel free to recontact.

Evenin' there,
slight delays might happen and are no reason to apologize. I'm more than pleased that you're granting the request to export one of your vessels and there's absolutely no problem with the extra fee. Please provide me with the details where to send the fee and also the amount you're awaiting to be transfered.
I've taken the liberty to establish communications with EFL Oil & Machinery to discuss customization of the vessel. I guess the purchase will be handled directly on the shipyard so I'll pay only the vessel price itself on location.
Thank you for granting the vessel to be exported out of gallic space and let once more be assured that it'll only serve in duties which aren't confronting with gallian laws.
Once the purchase is completed and the export fee has been transfered to your treasury I'll send somebody with appropriate and legit IND papers to take control of the ship. If needed I'll transfer the flight plan, new registration and cargo list to your bureau.
Signed,
Blake C. Monroe

as the ship is constructed by EFL we will give them the chance to respond and give details of payment.
They are often busy with the war effort so if a delay occurs then we can handle all the paperwork and additional fee to cover "renovations". If this happens please recontact this office via this channel. The normal one-off levy with this office is ~10% of the vessel price which would include all material work, paperwork and registration ontechnology database.
