Locations of codename weapons list WIP

I am trying to produce a comprehensive and up to date accurate list of codename weapons that I can add to the Wiki.
I know where some are but not all.
So I'm asking if the community could help me in this endeavou .
I just need people to submit where a codename can be found.
Format:
Name of weapon:
[CODENAME]
Location:
[System and map sector]
