An in character post regarding Kusari to give people some background and insight into what players and factions are doing there and its turned into a flame thread.
And we complain about the lack of rp. Right.
So much for trying to encourage play on the forum--nice job.
// A flame post would be directly insulted or deliberately indirectly insulting someone. Nothing has been said about the people who have posted, merely the factions. If you can't take an RP arguement then don't take part, simple as.
You know how Tenacity was talking about Liberty attacking Rheinland? What is Rheinland doing trying to provoke Liberty? They should be readying for an offensive into the Sigmas to destroy the GMG once and for all to restore the dignity of the Fatherland (like in the original SP campaign, disregarding the fact that they were all posessed by alien parasites).
That leads nicely to my next question. What is the Hogosha's, and generally Kusari's, opinion about the GMG, other than getting super-low gas prices?
Allow ol' Rudo 'ta step in an' weigh his opinions on this.
The Hogosha got their own agenda when it comes 'ta us. Let 'em talk 'bout tradition this, an' how all us Junkers are slave-haulin', cardamine-dealin' that. All heresay an' rumor, it ain't never been proven that we Junkers condone such things... an' till it GETS proven they're jus' shootin' their mouth off an' writin' checks they can't cash.
They got a niche... an' they don't want us musclin' in, lest they become like the Xenos down in Liberty -- unable to supply their own fleets 'cause they're jus' outclassed at bringin' stuff in through the backdoor.
But like everyone else, they'll come 'round, and we can all negosh'ate mutually ben'ficial deals once they see the possibilities. Jus' gotta give 'em time 'ta get their heads straight an' watch everyone else prosper, while they're witherin' on the vine. They'll all come 'round in time.
As for m'self, I ain't got much use for Kusari goods. Not much 'ta buy, an' the general public's too closely watched by the authorities 'ta have much use fer duty-free grey-market commodities, so there ain't much profit in sellin'. Crysanth'mums do like it when I drop by, though. They understand proper bus'ness practice an' always make it worth my while.
