While we are at our base waiting for the arrival of the KDS-Asagoa. Two KSP tagged ships came claiming this base is here for destuction. I told them that we have made a agreement with you, but they said something different. I have uploaded the file now:
Kojo Yamaguchi, the circumstances surrounding base Production facility were unfortunate and fast-moving.
Our contact with the police is typically scheduled: rather than a continuous open band. Our communications networks differ from theirs, so information is only periodically exchanged. They were not aware of our agreement.
