I am Roger Anders and I come to you as head of the Colonial Republic's military. As you may be aware, our previous... military-focused administration departed and an interim government was formed, which stands to this day. My doubt in your knowledge of this stems from President's Connors attempts at diplomacy being summarily ignored by your new democratic government. So now comes the time for our militaries to speak.
With no effort on your part to negotiate after changes in both our leaderships, the hostilities stemming in part from the Empire's defence of the troublesome elements of the Hogosha did not end. Although disappointed, this was nothing compared to news of your open cooperation with Gallia in the Taus with your new Decree. What remains of your fleet has taken to slaughtering our transports with little chance to surrender - within view of the nearby Freeports, one of which you had previously removed alongside the Gauls no less.
If you wish to gain favour with your new protectors by emulating their monstrous actions in Tau-44, steps will be taken. Declare your intentions, Kusari - but know that if you wish to continue this war, we Colonials will not back down from the challenge. So say we all.

Our governemnt didn't give us any orders for cease fire and with that, past Colonial declaration of war upon Kusari served to announce you as a threat – and therefore hostile target that must be removed from our space if encountered.
We will continue to defend civilian traffic from Gallia to Kusari, As long as you try to destroy them: no opportunity for cease-fire exists. It's not like my statement has any value for you, maybe you changed president, but your bloodlust has gone nowhere. Come at us if you want to die, I'm sure our pilots can help you with that, if you want to live stay away from taus and Kusari space.
Also you should worry about your own remaining wings, I'm not sure I can even call it fleet, what you saw in tau-29 was only small part of our fleet and was gathered there only as answer to your concentration of force. I'm sure you know how it ended, so if you want to repeat that, you are more than welcome to visit tau-29 again. Send your best to kill us, they will fail.
Ah, and what happened with your transport near freeport 6, if not his sharp tongue he could save his ship, but he decided to insult us, and recieved our answer. Thankfully for you we didn't finish him, we are not murderers like you see us.
And you probably shouldn't insult us in your own transmission if you have any hope for peaceful ending of our hostilities.
The only insults I bandied around were comments on the result of your own 'interactions' with the Royalists. If your battlecruiser (among a large fleet no less) captains are so 'honourable' not to take an insult from a civilian woman, then they should indeed be happy with their Gallic allies. We know some who will enjoy the increased number of targets.
Our home in the Taus may have been lost, but it was never space to call your own. As you agreed with the Gauls in your Decree, your own 'jurisdiction' out there is being limited. Perhaps that will give you time to deal with Kusari's internal problems.
I came here looking for clarification, and I have found it - your decision was made months ago.

Decision was made months ago and as it shows it was correct one.
One can't leave peacefully with mad dog, who does not know when to stop barking.
We are not afraid of you, come to us and we will help you to meet god, if you believe in one.
