Be careful you'll need to buy a noamd lciense for liberty space and Bretonia space.

Consult the BPA and the LSF for their license costs

BPA - 3 million credits for a license on 1 character
LSF - 5 million credits for a license on 1 charcater

look in my posts I got 1 on both threads about licenses since I had to buy them for my nomad weapons.

I'd say the odds of a nomad weapon drop is between 10-20 kills before a drop. But its all luck.
