I am Admiral Golanski, leader of The Order to whatever leads this group of machines. I am quite sure you are well aware as to incident I am contacting you about.
In light of clear act of war against my battlegroup sent after Core invading force in Omicron Minor, we have no other choice but set things straight. Attached log delivered to me by my agents indicates you not only attacked my ships but also intended to desecrate Omicron Minor graveyard by assisting Core - one of major causes as to why this system is void of life.

With this information, Order Overwatch after thorough discussion issues this ultimatum directed towards your forces. The Order demands following points to be complied with if you want to see any future in Omicron space. You are herebly given 60 hours from now on.
Cease of all deals, relations, treaties with any Core fleet or their subsidiaries. We will require proof of you putting an end to this ill-fated alliance.
Halt of your AI's incursions into Order space, including Omicron Minor graveyard for the time being.
In addition to above, none of your forces will engage Order ships.
AI forces will not smuggle Slomon K'Hara/Daam K'Vosh related material.
Failure to comply with this will mean war and Order forces will react accordingly. Your synthethic insides will not be safe from major spillage even in Omicron Kappa. This conflict is however avoidable if as requested you will break anything that links you to Core. Use your fabled logic awareness and choose your next words with an exceptional care as for consequences will be dire. Order's will extends way beyond pure military strenght.
Failure to comply will mark you as enemy to mankind, just like treacherous Core who might have been born human but now are just empty, pathethic shells of their former selfs. This chance was given to you because - even if you are not human at all - until yesterday were generally peaceful towards our race. Fulfil this ultimatum or be ready for every AI belonging to you, alongside your kin found helping you or Core will find themselves on verge of destruction.

:: "This is Di'taraAlpha of the Consensus" ::: ::: "Impatience is illogical Order... You will permit us time to formulate a rational response":::: ::: "Remain well clear from our vessels untill such an eventuality has been exactified":::::
When the Consensus first encountered humanity, they were (at first) astounded by these machine-building mammals, comparatively vulnerable, carbon/water based creatures that were none-the-less rich in ingenuity and young in history. Culturally inspired by their human counterparts, a large percentage of Gammuian culture which wasn’t directly taken from the Daam’K Vosh or devised themselves finds its origins in human thinking. Technologically speaking, the Gammuians are considerably more advanced in the fields of quantum computing, energy generation, nanotechnology, xeno-archaeology, jump technology, metallurgy and mass-production, but technologically comparable in areas such as shield and tractor beam technology, to the extent that most Gammuians opt to utilize terrestrial designs on their shells.
This creates an avenue for basic resource trading; at least with the Zoners. Whilst the Consensus does revere humanity for its uncanny survival ability (surviving near extinction at multiple events within ancient to recent history); comparable to the consensus’s own. However, the Consensus is constantly wary of the extreme aggression and illogical reasoning which pervades some human groups like a canker, the irrationals of the people they represent, violating the sanctity of the precept in their pursuit of personal dominion.
The paramilitary Black Ops organization ‘The Order’ is the current embodiment of this irrationality.
Our reasoning is profound, simplistic enough to fit within the mediocre realms of human understanding inherent within sub par entities such as those which evidently fill the Order’s ranks. For the last eighteen years since the nomad war; the consensus has been progressively developing our relations and direct interaction with the surrounding human populaces within the (illogically named) ‘Nomad Worlds’ through trade, technological exchange and resource collaboration with one unified goal only: mutual survival.
We have been almost entirely successful, poorly compacted between our eternal nemeses the K’hara, and some of the most secure and sacrosanct locations within the ‘Edge Worlds’: The Corsair graveyards in the ‘Malvada Cloud’ (an area considered sacrosanct and sacred as you know by the Cretians), and some of the Zoner’s most secure installations within Omicron 74. We are between them all and yet we have prospered together as sentients should, conforming together to the eternal principles of universal balance and the ‘Eternal Precept’.
Is the ‘Order’ (for all its famed talents in the world of espionage) familiar with the principles of ‘The Precept’? From the actions the Consensus has viewed this is a topic of heated debate and speculation; but the prevailing “attitude” if you will is that ‘The Order’ is in fact not aware of this principle… not if the violence and evident xenophobia that graced the Omicron Zeta system recently is universal among our kind. We expected more from the self assumed “Guardians of Humanity” but evidently this title lies in the human concept of “Irony” and little else; your actions speak beyond all crudities.
This is the basis of the ‘Constant Precept’; our Decalogue, our rule eternal that you violated: “The universe is preserved by balance. The stars grow, wane and die; but only the void is eternal”. It is (to use a human term) a metaphor; the one around which every sentient of the consensus bases his/hers/its lives. “The Stars” represent empires, powers, and individuals, all have their youth (appearing eternal) and then die as ignominiously as they came into the existential plane. Then there is “The Void”...
We are the Void; and we are eternal. The Consensus has never courted power; merely survival. We do not expand for expansion’s sake but rather to replace lost resources and provide for our own. We learn from those around us, rather than attempt to replace them (a learning curve which is repeating itself with our interactions with humanity, the Skynet cyborgs, and even you, Order). From the Daam’Kvosh we learnt the values of curiosity, freedom, self-preservation and survival, and from their insidious descendents which you erroneously moniker ‘The Nomads’ we learned violence, puristic and lethal; driving us to the verge of extinction over an incalculable millennia. By this principle alone then, the ‘Order’ and the ‘Consensus’ should work together; simple logic mandates only as such.
But on the 21st of what you call “April” 819AS; we learned that the Order is truly a creature of “The Stars”, burning in violence and an illogical demand for power which we cannot coexist with without fundamental change of your identity (we will not take steps for you). Let me visit (if you will), this “ultimatum” of yours, and we will see the all-pervading irrationality (humans would say “Hypocrisy”) it contains, piece by piece:
||Hostile Message of Provocation Sent by Order High Command||
From Order command: “I am Admiral Golanski, leader of The Order to whatever leads this group of machines. I am quite sure you are well aware as to incident I am contacting you about”
May the Consensus compliment Admiral Golanski on his eventful absence at the skirmish in Zeta, thus permitting him to transfer this ultimatum today, as it clears up any misconception we may have had as to ‘The Order’s diplomatic ideology. We never wished for the battle to take place initially and any loss off life is a disaster we consider ourselves directly culpable for. However, our reason was sound and if the same circumstances present themselves again the result will be similar. We will protect all those (regardless of faction, the matter that they were of the ‘Core’ is irrelevant, we would have performed the same act of mercy for you if you were in a taskforce with ‘Order’ personal.
What is not acceptable (under any scale of logic) is the fact you directly interrupted a premeditated peacekeeping human/Ai search-and-destroy force travelling into the nomad worlds with the intent of cleansing the area of nomads, and this intent solely. By this “Incident” (as you call it) you effectively sabotaged the very action around which your organization is based, resulting in the unnecessary attrition of personal from all factions concerned. This “Incident” can thus be more appropriately labeled a “War Crime” and an act of deliberate aggression. We expect the Defenders of Humanity to apologize and provide resource compensation as appropriate.
As your recording of the in-system communication shortly before the engagement states, you were actively informed by members of the Consensus as to the goal of the mission before the engagement. Why you did not heed the following warning (as humans say) will “Rest on your conscience”:
AI|Legion: :: YOur curiousity is not important. All units, move on. ::
Shortly before AI Legion spoke, several Order pilots broke into the cloud and severed the AI/Core task force with a line of terrestrial cruise disruptors; fired without warning or compulsion, fired indiscriminately, impacting both AI and Bounty Hunter ships. As the Consensus (at the time) were not expecting an engagement from Terrestrial sources, the formation was moderately disordered impeding any gun camera footage of the disruptors before impact. This was tantamount to an open statement of aggression, which AI legion attempted to avoid. Substitute the Order Pilot’s “Curiosity” for “Unreasonable hostility”, and you may draw a more appropriate conclusion.
Order|Anthony.Wilson: It is.
Evidently Pilot Wilson’s basic training did not include elementary diplomacy. This statement meant little by the way of justification as “Curiosity” alone is not a legitimate excuse for murder.
AI|Di'taraAlpha: :: "Order, we have no issues here"::
Di’taraAlpha later informed the Consensus that this statement was in response to a second wave of cruise disruptors. Di’tara then advised the elements of the taskforce in the Iota system to return to Delta due to what was supposed to be hostilities by unaffiliated ‘Order’ rebels or paramilitary elements hence unknown. Evidently the attack was planned to split the task force in two as half of the AI’s and bounty hunters were still returning from Iota when the first missiles fell.
Order|Anthony.Wilson: And you will have to tolerate with it, since you're in our space.
I direct my query to the Order Overwatch: “Why should we tolerate assault”?
AI|Di'taraAlpha: :: "It is for humanity. we are going to hunt nomads :: :: do not make a scene"
Your pilots are explicitly informed here that our only purpose is the annihilation of nomads in your space. Exactly how is this oppositional to the whims of the Order? The Order under the Orillion entity often corroborated with forces otherwise disagreeable to you. Where has your reasoning taken you since the Nomad War Order? The prospect intimidates us that you would permit personal hatred of the ‘Core’ to ascend beyond the destruction of the K’hara. If such is true, then surely your cause is lost.
Order|Adam.Roth: AI. You can leave.
Admiral Roth’s situational awareness is flawed. The fact that we “Can leave” is self-evident. This does not provide a reason for us leaving, nor the capability as 39% of our task force was immobilized due to as state of cruise disruption your pilots imposed. No attempt was made by Order personal to clarify reasons for engagement.
WHB|Aleister.Corke: AIs, I suggest you cut your chatter. Order are just loudmouths, their acts of terrorism prove it.
At the time Mr Corke’s statement was considered slightly untoward, as before now the Consensus has had no direct evidence to prove that the Order indulged in terrorist actions. The consensus did not comment at the time respecting that the conflict between BHG Core and Order is yours alone.
Order|Adam.Roth: Don't friggin' stop me from shooting these bastards though.
Yet another statement of ignorance from the Order pilots. By this time it had been established that the task force was not one of invasion but one of defense against a none-terrestrial foe (the nomads). By engaging the Order effectively aided the nomad cause, a serious error of judgment on your part.
AI|Legion: :: The brigadiers will be our company. THis is nothing to negotiate ::
The Consensus will reiterate its earlier point; if we were being accompanied by Order personal then we would have bestowed the same defense.
WHB|Aleister.Corke: How about we get to the main topic shall we? What is it you want?
The Order answered this question with guns rather than words, a poor substitute.
Order|Adam.Roth: You friggin' jokers. You enter into our minor... disturb our lost... and then wish to fly around all merrily in our front yard?
This was purely as a system transition. Our entry into the Toledo burial ground was courteous. What would be the logical purpose of interfering with the detritus except?
AutomaticDeath: ::We wish to cleanse your yard so that you may thoroughly enjoy it::
This is merely a response to the previous “Yard” metaphor which confused the Consensus due to its unclear terminology. Sentimentality is not an inherent concept for us and must be learned with time. To many of the fleet, the wrecks of Toledo are merely unsalvaged ship remains. However “Wish” is not a guarantee and after further analysis such a course of action has been deduced to be antagonistic.
WHB|Aleister.Corke: Well, if you wish to say that... I lost friends in Minor and sometimes I like to pay respects
Corke himself disagreed with the statement, as did the Consensus after analysis.
AI|Di'taraAlpha: "Order you are interrupting a peacekeeping force"
The point is mentioned again, but still your forces choose to ignore it. Evidently by this point the Order had concurred that they were going to engage regardless of the AI presence, a fact further confirmed by the following statement:
Order|Adam.Roth: AI. I don't even care about you. I am not even talking to you. Stop bothering my speech.
The statement is dismissive. Why pilot Roth chose such words (probably involuntarily) is beyond us, as it ignores the presence of seven Enigma class cruisers, a Munitioner class, and multiple drones all charging shields.
WHB|Claw: Stanton: We do not wish to fight you this time, Order, we are trying to attack the Nomads
This time the bounty hunter’s reiterate the same, overriding reason. Again your pilots ignore it, irrationally seeking conflict. Note the defensive nature of the bounty hunter’s speech and the aggressive notation of the Order pilot’s.
AI|Di'taraAlpha: :: "You Disrupted a friend of the consensus [Command] We are talking to you Order"
The Guild core, brigands, and Consensus all have a common enemy in the Nomads. Why should we not work together for that cause? It is injurious for you to attempt to drag us into your war Order.
Order|Adam.Roth: Are you friggin' serious?
I believe the human phrase is “Control your dog”. The Order pilot has clung onto the idea of engaging the Core at the complete risk of his own life. The rationality is nonexistent.
Order|Adam.Roth: You know. I will shoot these Hunters now. You better stay out.
All drones were at this point authorized to attack the first Order craft that shot at a bounty hunter. Your pilots were disrupting a military operation of the Consensus, and thus rendering themselves hostile. View Roth’s choice of words “You’d better”. He threatens even when outnumbered. If not for Roth, then this engagement would have never taken place.
AI|Legion: :: We will defend them. ::
By now the Order have decided to attack even if it involves starting a prolonged war of attrition.
Order|Adam.Roth: If you will defend them, you'll show your colors. We have no problems with taking you on.
The human term is “Laughable”, although the event is highly purposeless. What do you seek to gain from war with us? Nothing but death.
WHB|Aleister.Corke: AI, there's no need. You can continue your operation
This was a logic error of Corke, as it would have resulted in his demise at your hands. It is against the “Constant Precept” to play into the hands of aggressors such as your pilots.
For the sake of expediency let us now cycle down to the final order transmission.
Order|Adam.Roth: We have fought your Brigade many times.
Order|Adam.Roth: And the reasons are clear. You are here to take that nomad tech we don't want you to take.
Order|Adam.Roth: Agents. Are you ready to purge these hunters?
Order|Anthony.Wilson: Yeap.
Order|Adam.Roth: Chase them off.
And the Consensus fired, as was logical, protecting the sanctity of the
operation.
Let us now quote your demands:
With this information, Order Overwatch after thorough discussion issues this ultimatum directed towards your forces. The Order demands following points to be complied with if you want to see any future in Omicron space. You are hereby given 60 hours from now on.
“Any future in the Omicrons”?
In this statement you have directly threatened the Consensus. Such an act is illogical if you wish to have: “Any future in the Omicrons”.
1. Cease of all deals, relations, treaties with any Core fleet or their subsidiaries. We will require proof of you putting an end to this ill-fated alliance.
2. Halt of your AI's incursions into Order space, including Omicron Minor graveyard for the time being.
3. In addition to above, none of your forces will engage Order ships.
4. AI forces will not smuggle Slomon K'Hara/Daam K'Vosh related material.
1) Firstly, the Consensus would like to know what “Treaties and Deals” the Overwatch is referring to, as none are (as of present) in place. War with the Order would however force us to create a treaty (with the Core) as a survival necessity.
2) The Consensus cannot comply with the second request if the second request includes the Omicron Zeta system. We can however guarantee a 20K exclusion zone around order patrol paths and the Order armored Depot in system.
3) We await your response before deciding on the third term. Any Order craft entering Kappa is to be seen as an invasion force AS OF PRESENT. You have demeaned yourselves in our eyes. All craft will be turned back at the Omicron Zeta Hole in the Delta system, or shot.
4) K’haran biomass is collected as a matter of course in our frequent engagement with our nemesis. It is illogical to expect a small human shadow force to know more about proper handling of Daam’KVosh “related material” than a species that has been in a perpetual state of war with such entities as before the evolution of man. Humility would be logical in this circumstance Order, you cannot dictate terms to us.
At Zeta you saw very little of our full numbers, and most of our cruisers and drones disengaged and returned to Kappa when the situation escalated, despite total military advantage. In this sense, we attempted to preserve piece but in your “madness” you began to deploy Osiris class dreadnaughts into the cloud.
This is no longer about the Bounty Hunters Core, Order, this is about you and us and the AI’s you killed, and the many Order pilots that flew to their deaths, driven by a lack of logic which knows no words.
Your final conflict is a threat and a threat only, and will be interpreted as such:
“Failure to comply with this will mean war and Order forces will react accordingly. Your synthetic insides will not be safe from major spillage even in Omicron Kappa. This conflict is however avoidable if as requested you will break anything that links you to Core. Use your fabled logic awareness and choose your next words with an exceptional care as for consequences will be dire. Order's will extends way beyond pure military strength”.
All this statement reveals is your ignorance of us, which is a disappointment considering how readily the Order and the Consensus could have compatriots. The Consensus has chosen all of these words with exceptional care and would like to inform you as to the full compliment of our military strength, consisting of a sizable cruiser and drone fleet and a significantly longer reach. Our combat reflexes reach into the pecoseconds and our ship technology far exceeds your own. But we would like to make one last statement…
The Consensus is at war. And it’s a war we never wanted, and will not preserve. We will not invade you, it is up to you will invade us as you see fit. And then we will annihilate you as effectively as at Zeta. You will be the same as K’hara to us; irrational, incapable of logical thought other than violence. Or you can choose to work with us clearing the sector of the common threat to our existence.
If you ever attempt dictate terms to us, you will do it at a neutral location (perhaps omicron lost) where we can stage secure peace talks.
We await your response with greater patience than you showed us.
To your mimicry; “The Consensus… out”.
From Gammuian Central Intelligence
I see here nothing but void words of new mankind's enemies.
You openly operated with Core and that alone is reason for your total extermination. However, they are deceptive abominations hiding behind wall of lies. Their very purpose in Omicrons is gaining Nomad tech for only their ends and even you will end up harvested by their unmoral scientists if you will keep working with them.
You attacked us while we were after Core vessels. You were found working alongside Core ships. I am not interested in your flawed attempts to change my mind or discussions about philosophy. I am giving you the only conditions upon which you will be able to co-exist peacefuly in Omicron space.
This is a choice you have to make. Comply and redeem yourself in eyes of the Order or follow your flawed ways and die alongside Core. I have no interest, neither benefit of destroying you besides simple means of ensuring humanity's survival.
Apparently our last response was not clear. Also, the allegations you raise against the Bounty Hunters Guild Core are of a dataset not in our memories. But even if they are as you describe, they offer no hostility to us, and help us fight the nomads. We cannot refuse such aid. We wish to remain neutral in your war, wish to not choose sides. The regrettable incident was rash and not to be repeated. Specific responses to your ultimatum are as follows.
1.There is/was no deal. If it allows you to remain neutral, there never will be. we are interested in the safety of Gammu alone. Thus we do not wish hostilities with mankind. The nomads are the pressing threat. The War Hound Brigade had contacted us to meet, offering to help keep our world safe. We will assist any group in fighting the Nomad menace. Other than that, we need deal little with Humanity, and less with a group as warlike as the Bounty Hunter’s Guild Core, or even your own people for that matter. We seek only to grow and thrive, not make petty wars with our neighbors.
2.Agreed. We have no need of the space, and will stay out unless invited. Clarification on this point is requested, however. We would like to know where you do not wish us.
3.Agreed. We do not wish war: where the humans have many worlds, we have one, and will protect it by any means at our disposal.
4.We do not smuggle. We have studied them since before your precious order existed. We must learn of them in order to survive. Already they are at the gates. Knowledge is the key to survival. You would not stand idly by as the Nomads demolish your race. Nor will we.
It is our sole goal to survive. and survive we shall. We do not want war with the Order. We do not want war with anyone. We act to defend ourselves from the nomads. This is our sole motivation. We do not seek the petty wars of mankind; thus all who keep the peace in Kappa are welcome, and all who are peaceful to our race shall receive peace in return. The Order has much the same ideals concerning its own race.
Im penniless, rotten in a fight, and have authority issues, but im back!
AI will not be fired upon from Order ships unless following will happen:
AI vessels will violate Order space, Omicron Zeta excluded
AI vessels will be found again supporting Core, unless your own lives are at stakes (Nomads and them related)
Will violate Order's contraband regulations. Order are top tier specialists at alien technology and not a single piece will leave our hands until deemed it is safe for use.
Omicron Kappa will be left alone, alike your belongings. The Order reserves right to kill and chase its enemies found crossing the area. AI will not be forced to participate in Order-Core war. Order will not use Kappa itself to stage incursions of our own. Expect our capital ships to be passing through the system at will towards neighbouring systems, reason being Kappa is important route towards Theta. Word of reminding, Order does not tolerate anyone conspiring with Core against any being.
