Lilly was born on new Tokyo and raised by her mother, Under the house Mikiru
. Her father, a Liberty pilot, would stay away for long amounts of time. He would how ever send enough SC for the pair to live well. That soon ended when Liberty went to war with rylend, forcing her mother to seek employment as a cook. After a few years Lilly mother was sent to work on one of the battle ships mess halls during the war and expansion with Britona with Her in tow. When the french house raided and sealed off the battle ships way home and Lilly's mother being killed form a attack on the ship form the forces, Lilly volunteered to join the LF Recon wing after raids lowered the fighting forces numbers. Now she is seeking to not only give out payback, but to change her fate as a Kusari woman..
