Recently, I've been seeing a fair amount of non GMG activity around the Okinawa He-3 fields (most notably ALG), and wondered whether we have a definitive list of who can and who can't mine in Okinawa.

It's good to hear from you once again! Of course, I will do my best to be as clear as possible and answer your question, to your satisfaction.

Not only are you fully allowed to, but also strongly encouraged to eradicate anyone trying to poach or otherwise extract gases from our miners. Only GMG personnel are allowed to perform the extraction from our Gas Miners. I cannot press the importance of this matter any stronger.

If you see any non-GMG vessels mining our gas, gather what evidence you can before blasting them to bits. Their deaths will serve as examples to anyone who think that they can steal our gases and get away with it unpunished.

I have, today, taken delivery of a Kaichou bomber, which I am now in progress of equipping.
