My characters and server rules.

I want to create some new characters.
Just need to know, is it possible to:

1. create character with
char_name: "John Rhond",
char_id: "Order ID",
char_iff: "Colonial Military"
and story of character like a story of human, borned in Coronado system and joined to colonial military fleet, but once was involved in battle with nomads in Tau-23. He survived in battle and met one Order officer who offered to become Order agent who will spy for Order in Taus, Bretonia and Gallia space.

So Iff used for espionage and hiding real affilation on long distance for other ships.


2. Create player bases in Omicron92, Alaska, affilated with Rheinland Military and these goals:
1. Research Omicrons by Rheinland.
2. Stop Liberty Navy in Alaska.
3. Something else

People serving bases must be hostile to Outcasts and neutral to everyone else except nomads and Liberti Navy (This only for systems contains base)
I do not want create new faction ( official or unofficial ), because these bases can serve any pilot of sirius, except hostiles.


3. Advice me is it possible to create some mysterious faction like Phantoms, but not at war with humanity. Something like religious cult with demons, ghosts, shamans etc.
Goals:
1. preach cult to humanity,
2. infect Freelancer players:
Emulation of selling the soul --- we offer other players to get Money to buy big transport, or cruiser, doesn't matter for what and we set the lifetime. When player's lifetime expired, in bounty board we post new bounty - "kill it with fire :: Player name "

Don't see a problem with the first thing, as long as they're not rephacked hostile or anything like that.

I don't think that the bases would work out very well, though.

Anything is possible, though that doesn't mean it will be received well.

It occurs to me that you don't need an Order ID and Colonial IFF. Just roll Colonial across the board.

If you're going to be playing the part of a Colonial officer with Order ties you'll want to be able to do everything expected of a Colonial. Imagine how red your face would be if you have an Order ID and you're asked to do something expected of a Colonial officer at arms that would result in a ID violation! Goodness!

Run with your principle character Colonial style. Have a secondary if you need to slip off to ply your Order business. Your ID isn't an RP item. It's a contract between yourself as a player and the server. When you perform an action your actions as the player are checked against the ID, when you perform an action as a character your actions are checked against your IFF. Make sense?

Be a Colonial. Have a twinkle in your eye. Maintain a secret cabal of Order operatives in similar deep cover who keep their Order ships hidden behind a dark asteroid somewhere.

Yeah, CR and Order are already kissing and hugging so it might be easy to achieve the RP you are looking for.

Also fun fact, there's a Colonial Satellite in Omicron Lost (or one of the neighbouring systems, can't remember exactly), so I guess it's within reason to go there, although you will be limited in terms of who you can shoot at being so far out of ZOI.
