Project Description This Project was started by ZHR|, as a contribution to [COF], and to provide the Zoner people whit an Emergency Channel, it also houses the ZHR| special weapon research, which is meant to aid the Forces that are protecting and aiding the Freeport´s and zoner installations.
The construction plan is made in 4 stage´s, and are as it follows:
Stage 1: The Satellite is deployed, and basic life support has been built.
The structure includes living spaces and working quarters for the first 200 hundred Technicians, scientists, and workers. After a short test time, period in which the base will be tested at maximum capacity, the shield will be constructed in order to protect it from unseen hazards. The next step will be a cargo upgrade, so the satellite will have increased storage space for more advanced equipment, that is required for maintaining a bigger life support, and also providing some more space for storage and many more.
Stage 2: The time has come for upgrading the station, with a bigger Powercore and with a bigger Transmitter, when this is complete the satellite will have a longer range, and will be able to reach 2/4 of Sirius. Next, it is time for a larger Cargo bay, so the satellite will be able to Support the now 400 hundred living souls, and also give some more space for the larger docking bay.The upgrade that will affect the satellite visually will be the fuel tanks.
They will be placed on the sides of the satellite in order to maintain a stable position, and reduce gravitational force on a single point. These fuel tanks will be used to store the H-fuel and Deuterium, that the generators for the shield use for power.The next build in this stage, will be two Weapon platforms that will also function as radars to help protect the satellite from any attempt to stop the construction of the satellite, and more of these weapon platforms will be constructed in stage 3 to ensure the safety of the Z.E.C and assure that the satellite will not be lost due to an attack.
Stage 3: This build is one of the most simple ones, again an upgrade to the power core, this will increase the range of the signals, and a secondary transmitter is added,which is estimated to give the satellite enough range to cover 3/4 of Sirius. But the most visual change to the satellite will be a big improvement,to the living and working quarters. With this it should be able to sustain a healthy and good environment for 600 hundred people. There will also be added a small shuttlesystem, to ferry people to the rest of the Complex.
As mentioned in stage 2, this build is for three more weapon platforms,
in order to keep the satellite safe. With this the Stage 3 is completed.
Stage 4: This is the Final build stage of the project, and will start with the last power core upgrade and with a third special transmitter, which is estimated to enhance the satellite to be able to reach all corners of Sirius. At this point we will be starting with test runs for the Z.E.C channel. There will as well be more living space on the Satellite, in fact the Station part will be able to support 800 hundred people. The most visual change will be the huge solar panels that are built in order to support the station with a constant power supply, and will be a much needed upgrade for the station, especially with all the power draining special equipment in mind. The second build will be a special mooring/radar platform. From this installation, ships can refuel and get clearance codes for docking. The last build will be the ZHR Special Weapon and Equipment labs. This will require one storage dock, one Manufacturing Hall, and also a special Lab to research in. With this we can supply Zoners and zoner allies, which defend the Freeports and much more, with much needed equipment.
