The Kusari Police Guard IFF is the KPT IFF though, or it is meant to be anyway since when you rep up KSP Guard you arent repping up for ships or gear like most guard rep but only for the KPT ID
I would love the "Fugitive" IFF to be changed to "Pirate" or "Criminal" and make it gainable by shooting anything lawful. Would that be entirely too difficult?
