We haven't heard from each other for a long time but as far you maybe know, I'm not here just to see old friends again. I'm here to request in order of Sarah Lee Yang (Blackpool Industries Owner) a Core Rep for Blackpool Production Facility. The Base will still stay open for Trade&Economy. The reason why she is requesting this is that she wants to turn her faction afterall to Core. I the 2nd in command telled her it may be a bad idea to do this without the permission of the Bretonian Government, also she accepted to ask for a permission. The Bases defensemode of Blackpool Production Facility will still stay at Neutral, so you don't have to worry about any Weaponless Transports that get shot by the base it won't attack them so.
We hope the government will think about this Request and may accept it. And how you may know the Blackpool Defense Annex is finished, completly. From now on this Base will serve in defend and protection of Manchester/New London Gate. We hope this will decrease the rate of piracy in bretonia.
This is rather an unusual request, mostly because I cannot see the logic behind the decided change. As far as I understand it, the Core is a separate entity that keeps its operations outside of Bretonia and in fact all of House space. Although you share some technology and funding, I hardly thought it easy to simply swap from regular Guild to the Core.
We'd also much rather that these stations, which have been perfectly well-suited with their current IFF systems (that is, Guild on Production and our own Police one for the Defense Annex). That being said, if you can provide us with a statement from the primary Core Guildmaster accepting your reasoning for this change, that would likely be fitting for the War Cabinet to go forward with it.
I see with the completion of the Defense Annex the gate has been well-protected. Hopefully it shall continue to be so without any problems, but I believe the system is secure as it needs to be now.
Due to the problems with your targeting systems, installed without our permission to override the ones we put in place, as well as several erratic decisions concerning base ownership and administration in the past months, we have removed your installation. Such a prominent and vital trade route as that with Liberty cannot be left in the hands of someone we cannot trust.
Most of the crew has been released, but those in charge of the weapon platforms have been arrested for assault and destruction of property on several vessels. All supplies were cleared and the station dismantled.
You yourself are not directly to blame other than some hiring issues, hence Blackpool Production Facility may remain open if it causes no further problems. At least that is out of the way...
