From: Liberty Trade Shipping To:Long Island Station Directorate Subject:Docking Rights for Liberty Trade Shipping Encrypted:Medium Priority:Medium
Greetings,
My name is David Leroy and I represent a small company, specialized in trade and shipping services, known as Liberty Trade Shipping. I decided to send this message to Long Island Station Directorate after I saw this announcement made today, regarding to a requirement for approximately 50.000 units of ship hull panels. We shall be glad if the Directorate will allow us to help Long Insland Station, by delivering of some ship hull panels, purchased from Kusari space, where is located also, our headquarter. But to can do this, we need to have docking rights granted on your station for all Liberty Trade Shipping vessels wich flying under sign "LTS-". I hope you will be agree with our request.
We will wait your decision before to send our first vessels, loaded with ship hull panels.
Thank you!

Greetings, Mister Leroy.
As stated in the bulletin, it's an open request. As long as your corporate vessels are neutral with respect to Liberty Navy our dockmaster will allow you access to the base. You and your corporation may begin delivering as many Ship Hull Panels up to the requirement as you're able. We wish you safe transit.
