You have not exactly explained what the hell your problem is, leaving a lot up to not exactly favouring you speculations. You see, Reapers will get involved sooner or later and I will be the one to choose appropriate targets. There might be case of that you cool down enough our Liches will not be needed in offensive manner, propably saving some of Zoner lives.
Key is, I've heard a lot of whining while on my visit here and so other call for my assistance. I never had any contact with you, however through my brief presence here I noted that the biggest problem so far are that nobody except you enjoys installations that close to the jumpholes...
You see, there is a bloody equivalent - much more effective than yours - on other end of Sirius known as "Goldern Coin". It often makes me feel like I need to choke the administrator with his or her teeth. This base locks down jumphole connecting my home in Omegas and Dublin system... let this be your and mine insight as to why you are not the most favourite Freeport dwellers around.

I hope you are in good health, so to the issue.
There is no lock-down, so really i dont understand where you get this information. We have however for defence purposes lockout(denied docking permission) and set our bases in defence mode against aggressive forces.
The forces i speak of are the A.I. who have continued to attack us and now their allies the Solar Runners.
Also we have a slight issue with the Order but im sure your network will be aware of this, so really nothing to say on that subject.
Anyway i am saddened that this would be our first contact, well please contact me should you have any other questions.

The very concept of conflict is deep rooted in humanity.
It is predictable and bound to happen, we can supress it but victory over our instincts is impossible. Good case of conflict is rivalry to achieve more than the other... the bad case are the wars you see all around you. I used to be a Zoner myself until I decided our neutrality has no meaning or purpose for myself.
Now, as said predictable. Everyone wants something, even the most peaceful Zoners. Some are keen to go lethal against the others to achieve their targets while most are simply followers behind their idea, feeding their basic need for comfort and acceptance. There is always reason for war and it is no different is here. While I cannot speak of AI and their needs, you sure had to see what is coming or at least received list of your enemies demands...

Ill be honest, i have only returned after afew days away and i found chaos. The person who was left to take command of our negotiations with other factions. Failed to relay the information to the rest of the Alliance Members, deals were struck etc etc but they were struck in such away that we were left in the dark.
As for this war, we played no part in its making. But then what can we do but fight, we have nowhere to go and no safe harbour. So we will fight and die, but it will be a great tale that old men can gather and speak of to the young.
Maybe when our homes are gone we will once again strike out for the stars, time will tell.....

So, it appears to me you intend to die here be it now or in decades.
However do not try to fool me. There is something that has caused this war and I am sure you have access to this information, left out by your precedessor. I can and will contact the others, talking to each group separately about the reasons but then I receive only biased ballad of hate towards "ZA".
There is always something they fear, want or perhaps you are just in their way to aquire what they desire to obtain. To varrant such escalation of aggresion it has to be big. I have stated my personnal theory but it can be wrong. Simply said, I need to fill the missing pieces in this story.
AI and Solar Runners believe you are threat to status quo of Omicron sector, with those bases proving to be much more destabilizing than helping element of O-74. It will not cease as long those installations exist.
Order I know aproximately how it operates, from my own experience. They want absolute control over flow (or rather lack thereof) of active artifacts and nomad remains of both Dam K'Vosh ans Slomon K'Hara civilizations. Sovereignity is not what they seek. Add to that already mentioned instability you introduce.
Seems considering this is beyond your control and is unlikely to stop I do not see any peaceful resolution for you other than evacuate towards Omegas... let's say Omega 49 where you can decide what do you want to do with remnants of your fleet. Your other call is to surrender (or destroy) your problematic assets and yield for peace.
For a momenth I've thought my brother have ripped your stations apart and you are all dead however quick research shown that it is not the case of you ignoring this comm. Well, I assume you just want to stay and die here... too bad.
If he is in coma or his injuries otherwise make him unable to carry out his current duties, he should be replaced by someone who actualy is aware of strategic position you are currently located at. While your bases stand, currently one mistake in your supply chain can result in hundreds of deaths on your side... add to that all the supply ships's cassualty lists seen on the walls of Freeport 15. Not to mention even collateral damage which is only going to increase... that is how you want to protect yourself and others, "Alliance"?
