I may not be as known as the good Thomas. But since he is otherwise engaged, i thought it best to respond to this message.
Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Graham Bell, currently residing on the Astron.
The ZHR appreciate the large cash donation so generously made by His Holyness.
And we will of course accept, with the money we will be able to extend the treatment capabilities of the ZHR Angelica Thomas' flagship which is currently in orbit, or close to Gran Canaria, offering treatments, relocation efforts and basic humanitarian support to all affected planet side settlements.
As for the conditions.
1 - Full ceaseing of hostilities
The ZHR has never engaged in any hostilities, nor do we intend to.
2 - Return of the 50% of prisoners of war.
The ZHR has no, and don't ever intend, to have PoW's.
3 - The money will be used solely for humanitarian, medical or civil infrastructure reconstruction.
The cash donation will be used to further modify the Angelica, increasing the number of operating theaters, treatment facilities and living space on board the colony.
4 - Observers of a Committee formed by the factions involved in the Subsidy Fund will verify that its use of money given is appropriate.
We agree to this end and should the foundation decide to send observers onto the Angelica or the Astron we will ofcourse abide and strive to make ourselves worthy of this donation.
It should be noted that the Astron is currently filled to the brim with survivors from Orion Research Base and the Defense base. As such the Astron is currently not engaged in any relief operations.

You don't have to thank us this little donation. Is something that both, Mr. Prescot and me, do because we believe it's a moral obligation to help those who have been damaged by the atrocities of this war, having nothing to do with it.
Likewise I want to clarify that this whole project was idea of Mr. Prescot, and more than half of the economic contribution to the Fund is also from him. The NCC is only a humble collaborator who is proud of having participated in that good deed.
We hope that this money can assist you to continue doing the great humanitarian work you are carrying out with the Angelica in Gran Canaria.
