I wonder myself as OSI are Zoners. and should only defend themselves and their respective convoys. If they would be pirated for example they could defend themselves, but issueing an order to self attack first. I think this is strange. Even if its more of a less a bounty, but it should not be for the fellow faction members, but for the bounty board peeps to solve this i guess.
What do you guys think of this?

Is there reasonable and lore-compatible roleplay justifying it? If yes, turn to page 352: The Adventure Continues. If no, turn to page 213: Administration Intervention.
It's arguable whether it's a bounty or not because it's within the faction; I'd lean towards it being more of a reward, which within a faction is totally permitted for anything. Beyond that, it's a matter of following the rules of their ID.
I think it's a defendable position to say that the attacking is justified under the "defending Zoner bases" clause given the system-defence style order (which overrides it being a KOS order) but that's again another point that could be debated and interpreted differently. At the end of the day, until somebody is shot and files a report and there's an admin intervention or it's picked up on sooner, it shall roll forth.
the ACIO have basically been sniping nichols for a few days now, this is also another part of the whole Corsair/SCRA thing with Gran Canaria. however i think its right to say KOS was the wrong wording to use.
