I just logged in to one of my characters - Empire station is missing - still showing in the base status list - the supplies were enough for 2 days about 12hours ago. What's happened?

if you have not read, the/all base's are temperately disabled, don't worry it will be back and just the way it was, you don't need to panic or worry, ^^
