I am the Captain of the Zoner Whale named Suaimhneas_. I typically run Silver Ore from the Omega 7 system to the Planet Harris in Tau 31. Recently, I was asked by a member of the Corsairs to add Food Rations to the Planet Crete to my route. Being a Zoner, I cannot pick up the Luxury Food Items on Planet Cambridge so I get Rations from Freistadt Base in Omega 7. I have posted evidence of me recent deliveries to Crete on the appropriate thread under name "peacefullegend."
Tonight, however, while getting a load of Silver Ore in Omega 7 as I was beginning my route, I was approached, attacked and ultimately my ship and cargo were destroyed by two members of the Benitez organization: Benitez(CT)-Kraken and Corsair-Jorge.Benitez. I have flight data recordings, cockpit voice recordings and photographs to provide as evidence of the altercation.
When I was first asked to aid the good people of Planet Crete I was assured that it would be at no unreasonable cost or risk to my crew or my ship. As these two members of your organization have broken the agreement I was honoring I will no longer be making deliveries to Planet Crete until the situation has been properly remedied and the Captains in question appropriately reprimanded.
