This is something that I, and hopefully many other people would find very useful: a page which lists all the bases which offer missions, which factions they're for, and how much they pay on average. I know the individual base pages have this info (maybe outdated) so hopefully it wouldn't be too hard to collect all in one place.
I haven't had time to look too closely into your idea yet, but it could indeed be doable without too much work if the job can be made at least semi-automated, which seems like a possibility judging by a quick look at the wikicode on a few of the base pages.
If that isn't feasible, I'll at the very least have this on my to-do list for the large amount of base page updates that will need to be done by hand when 4.87 is released, and possibly even start on it before then if I've got time. It does seem like a rather useful resource to me as well.
