Playing a nomad light fight don't give the right to kill every one on sight, so a minimum of RP is needed !
This ship is a "baby nomad". His goal is to grown and become an adult. So his power is lower than an adult but his agility may not be decreased this much. => 1.6~1.7 turn rate
In addition, his regeneration power (bots/bats) is not complete and almost weak. => 30 to 40 bats/bots max. It is about one and half instant regeneration.

They can only dock on the Shrine. Have you ever been to unknown? Reducing the number of bat/bots would be suicidal.
