LNS-Menlo-Park has been sanctioned for:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Consequences:

As you're aware, destroying the junker without any roleplay because you were bored was a bad, bad idea. You'll now find your Miner_Victory 50,000,000 S.C. lighter. In future, if you're bored, either roleplay or take on a high-level NPC mission. You can kill them without roleplay, and they'll do the same to you.
