+1 this idea is nice. I know when flying that little ducky I have some trouble getting through the taus... at all. And Gamma as well. If I could just press one key, even if it had a short cool down.. that'd be so rad.
I'd also like the selfdestruct while we're at it. Sometimes... the button needs to be pressed. (Not to change the topic.)

Capships aren't supposed to FIGHT in roid fields. It's a way for smaller craft to escape from caps.
But quite often, the only way to get from one system to another is to go through a field - the jumphole is in the field, the entire system is one giant asteroid and/or mine field, the base you need to get to is in a clearing within a field, etc.
True, and that I can understand. But that is why capships have a disadvantage with their size.
Disadvantages? For what? Who benefits from the cap having to type /stuck dozens or hundreds of times over the course of 5-30 minutes? The asteroid field? :p
I mean, even with what we have now, if you had a programmable keyboard, you could program it to type enter / s t u c k enter with a single keystroke. Or, someone who is a fast typist, like myself, could manually churn out /stuck about once per second. But abusing the /stuck feature in a combat scenario is a direct violation of

This doesn't happen often but I remember at least one sanction being handed out for this, when someone used /stuck to stuff themselves into station geometry. And again, since every time you use this command, it puts a big green message on the screen for everyone within range, it would be fairly easy to take a screenshot of someone spamming it while you're shooting at their ship.
