Send him to the Battleship York, and let me know here if you accept a part in this wing. Make sure he has a fighter and bomber shipped with him, they will be updated to match wing standards. He will recieve a full briefing once he arrives, and a copy shall be sent to you afterwards. For now, we will operate within Magellan, Leeds, and Her Majesty the Queen's Tau systems. Once we have proved successful, i will badger command about more... Deep space, operations.

Greetings Director. Some ground rules for the York, if you will. The itinerary for when you arrive too.

-Upon arrival, a squad of the crew, most likely marines, will meet you. They will escort you through to the briefing room. We will use conference room 3.
-Within the briefing, you will receive full details on your role within the wing, and the plan of action for your time with us. Please, feel free to take notes.
-After such, you will be shown to your quarters. I have arranged for a room for all whilst you will stay aboard.
-Having settled in, we will assemble the squadron for an initial flight. Reports will be made for the records.

And please, try not to touch anything. I'm already stepping on Admiral Davis' toes here. Let's not antagonize him more than we have to.
