Victory and Nantuko were in NewYork, waiting for any Phantoms. Nantuko came in NY and Victory started fire on him (that wasn't a PvP cause we're friend and I didn't want to kill him). Then he activated Thruster to go close of Silvara and started fire at him. I tell him "Non tu as pas le droit" = "No it's forbidden" he asked why and I answered it was the rules. Silvara thought we were going to shot him down so he told "I'm getting the admin" or somthin like that. Then he came back and I tried 1 shot of Inferno Canon on his shield dut I WASN'T GOING TO TAKE DOWN HIS HULL. Then he started taking screenshots and Major_Hoshi started insulting us so we thought "Now we're in bad position, let's have fun" and the carnage started.
That's it.
No UNDER level 29 were killed.

You really should have known not to fire the inferno cannon at a fighter.
Everyone knows that the turret version wipes adv. champion FRIEGHTER shields out in one shot.
Plus the rules state that 'firing for fun' is ONLY reducing your targets shield to 50%.
Reducing someones shield to less then 50% or damaging their hull counts as PvP!
You've been here alot longer then most people so you should have known that. There is NO excuse or explanation you can give that won't sound dodgy.
Theres no point in waiting for phantoms in a system that you can't fight in.
