"Dear Sir/Madam, after the Royal Navy liberated the Languedoc system and restored the Lachance family to it's rightful place as His Majesty's representatives for the citizens of the system we have been working to restart Quillan's industry and returning the flow of resources to it's pre-conquest status.
However now that operations are nearly fully back up and running I find myself wanting to see how the Royal Domain has expanded. To that end I am preparing a transport for an excusion to tour the occupied territories know formerly as 'Edinburgh' and 'Leeds' and make a personal report of the situation to His Royal Highness on the status of the campaign.
I would like to know a safe travel path that would take me through these systems and yet give me an accurate view of the situation unfolding on the front lines as it happens.
Signed.
Comte Lachance

As Commander-in-Chief for the Gallic war effort in Sirius, as well as Comte of the Planet Agincourt, it's old name being Leeds...I do believe that I am in an excellent position to provide His Highness with the intelligence and details about the war effort he needs. Nonetheless, Royal Navy assets shall protect your person during this trip if they are not actively engaged in other tasks.
Do not attempt to interrupt or otherwise redirect any Royal Navy activity while you are on your trip. That is not within your power. On these conditions, feel free to make this tour.

"Grand Mareschal Xavier, I have heard of your exploits in the newly expanded Gallic Realm. While I know you endeavour to provide His Royal Highness with up-to-date information on the status of the campaign the King shall require a report from me due to me not being a current member of the Royal Navy, I am viewing this from a completely different point of view then that of a Battlefield Commander or the common soldier.
I will be inspecting the local industrial capacity of the newly conquered systems, including what our ground forces on Planet Agincourt have seized and secured. I shall also be speaking with various off-duty members of the Royal Army involved planetside to get a feel for the troops morale and equipment 'kits' to see if they are properly supplied and maintained.
I will not be attempting to commandeer any of your forces so do not fear, I know the consequences of such an action and do not want to undermine your efforts to secure the region. My purpose here is both recreation and observation, not to fight the war. Should his Highness however ask for my sword arm in his service then it shall gladly be given.
My Flight Plan thus far will be as such: Languedoc (Planet Quillan), Tau-23. Tau-31, Agincourt (Glasgow Station Tour),Agincourt ( Stokes Mining Station) Agincourt (LD-14), Planet Agincourt.
From there I'll be spending three days planetside before moving on.
Signed.
Comte Lachance
