Information
During the restructure of Kusari, The Kempeitai division had been decommissioned as budgets had been cut entirely for the special-op division. Now, with government restored, and credits flowing through the coffers again, the Military once again requested that the special-op division be re-instated.
The Kempeitai is the Kusari secret service agency composed of special operatives and various theatre of operations commanders. It has direct connections with the new Republic and it's military counterparts. Therefore cooperation is key to achieve maximum efficiency within the agency. Their top priority is to promote and protect Kusari's interests within and outside its borders. These interests include but are not limited to obtaining information from both the previous at war Bretonian front, and the behind the lines of Gallia, eliminating criminal elements within the borders of Kusari space, promoting welfare and prosperity of the Kusari house and monitoring the lawful authorities of Kusari.
With the tragic fall of the Emperor, the new beginning of the Republic, and the war with Bretonia ending, Kusari was finally able to fund the special-ops wing once again, hoping to seek as much information from their new "friends" from Gallia. The task force has much ahead of them in restructuring, as the division was wiped completely clean due to budget problems. Now, they are slowly rising back up from the shadows, picking elite pilots from Kusari to join their ranks of cooperative secrecy, all in the name of Kusari.

We, ourselves, just got bored and left to attend other more exciting business so it's interesting to see someone trying to take the spot. Also Kusari is kinda frustrating at the moment to maintain a regular faction gameplay.
It'll be cool to see you guys in space, be it in Kusari or out in the Taus, but especially if you decide to sneak around Gallia some.
Anyway, I have a few questions regarding diplomacy: what's your stance with the Kusaro Exlies/IKN, Corsairs, Outcasts, and various Gallic groups? Will they reflect the position of your government, or be somewhat ... different?
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."
- James Burke, The Day the Universe Changed (1985)
You maybe want to set the Farmers Alliance (FA) to neutral, because they are outlaws now thanks to the new government. So every encounter of Kusari's law enforcers with a honorable Farmer may range from friendly because of a ' Hey we all want the emporer/empire back' to a full hostile ' Hey you are outlawed, I love Kishiro and gaijins!' attitude.
Thanks for the positive feedback so far guys, that thrills me. This is my first time trying to run a faction, and I've put a crap ton of work into it already, and it's starting to show. I have been editing the wiki to be more current, but I will admit I've not spent much time in Kusari on disco so I still have much to learn, and am willing to do so.
Our reps I believe should reflect the same as our Government (I may have a bunch of it wrong, like I said I am really still learning!) From what I was told, Kusari is neutral with Gallia on paper, but dislikes them not on paper, so we will indeed be sneaking about in Gallia. I mean, why wouldn't we?!
As I mentioned before, I based it off of the wiki which is outdated and I am working to update it, I will indeed move them to neutral, I do encourage those that know better then me to let me know what info I supplied wrong! Thanks again.
Thanks for the info. We will try our best to keep us alive and kicking. I've got my eyes on officialdom in the future. So we will make it work. Just need to kick start Kusari!
Name: Takiji Endo Age: 28 Gender: Male Current Affiliation: Civilian Citizenship: Kusari Skyp3 ID: Given Information About You:
Takiji Endo was born on the 21st of October, 794 A.S. on Planet New Tokyo into a family with a tradition of being police officers. Raised on the same planet, went to school with above average grades. Takiji set his sights on following his family's footsteps and strive to become a police officer.
Upon turning 18 and finishing education, Takiji enlisted into the New Tokyo Police Academy. There he learned the laws and protocols of Kusari and policework. After graduation, Takiji enlisted in the local police station in his home city. Takiji worked as a police officer on New Tokyo for six years, during which he had grown tired of the stillness of everyday life and has requested a transfer to somewhere that he has developed interest in during the years - space.
The transfer request was approved, and soon he was stationed on Akita Border Station in the Honshu system. Filled with enthusiasm, he began work in the new environment for the next year - only to find the enthusiasm burned out two years later, as he was in a position that managed paperwork and general station maintenance. Disappointed, Takiji eventually heard about the other branches of the law that he didn't seem to notice before which seemed to have the adventure and interest he was seeking. Takiji decided shortly after to resign from the police force and apply to the new branch that seemed to be very promising.
