I'm happily smuggling goods through Kusari. Specifically Shikoku. On my way, I meet a Hogosha. The Hogosha, seeing I have contraband, opens fire on me, naturally.
Now this happens:
To stop me, the Hogosha shuts down the lane.
Then, two IMG ID'd transport (with an IMG IFF, if that matters) falls out the lane. He see me with my hold full of contraband and suddenly begins to 'assist' the Hogosha by shutting down the lanes for me. He then later states he will assist and open fire on my ship, for carrying contraband.
Is this allowed? It just seems so weird to me that an IMG ship would be helping a Hogosha ship in Shikoku, of all places.
IMG ID states they can only demand contraband inside their ZoI, so I would say the miners here were in the wrong, Kusari is not in their ZoI...
Though reading it this line might trump it:
- Can attack unlawfuls and quasilawfuls in self-defense, to protect an allied or neutral lawful ship, if they are within 10km of a Trade Lane or Jump Gate, or in defense of a base of the same affiliation, both within and outside of their Zone of Influence.
So I guess I am not entirely sure.. was the Hogosha in combat when they showed up?
Hogosha and IMG are not allied, and Hogosha are also Quasi-Lawful are they not? So, they really had no business interfering (at least on the part of firing on the FL vessel).
