Ok.... I've read every post in this topic... It seems the most prominent arguements are "F1'ing" and "dock-raping"....

As for F1'ing, post a screenie, and he should be banned.

For dock-raping, ARC, if you DOCK in the middle of a FIGHT or attack in any manner of the word, ITS YOUR FAULT. YOU CANNOT CALL IT DOCK-RAPING. And once again, post a screen shot.

My two cents. Oh, and unless there's a bounty against I'll just kill him if he starts to bother me in-game.... Like making stupid comments in system chat...
