Minister Suwa Katsuko, Konnichiwa, I hope you are in good health.
I understand you could be quite surprised to receive a message from me, several months after my disappearance. From what I understood, I have been considered Killed in Action since I moved to the Taus to attend to a convention organized by Gallic Royal Navy.
Before relating what occurred to me during those months, I would like to direct you to the biodata transferred with this transmission. In your place, I would as well have serious doubts about the identity of the sender of such a message, after all that time.
The Suzuki wing escorting me to Freeport 6 was attacked while we were recovering from the Jump to Tau 23. It is when the aliens appeared. They destroyed our ship, scorifying methodically everything they could find from the remains of our ships. I do not know how I made it alive.
Sadly, it appeared my pod was damaged, slowly drifting away from the frequented routes. I spent several days attempting to change the course of the pod and doing my best to stay alive, despite its limited reserves.
A ship passing by eventually rescued me. Most unfortunately, it did belong to what appeared to be slavers. They began to mistreat me. Months passed.
Eventually, I took advantage of a moment of inattention to escape. I.. Think I wasn't truly myself any-more after all those tortures. I began hunting the crew, damaging the internal systems of the liner when I could.
That's when the Slave Liner was boarded by a team belonging to the Colonials. I spent several weeks recovering, before they sent me to the fleet commanded by the Admiral Sakamoto.
It has been very difficult to realize how wrong things went since I disappeared.
Sadly, I have to inform you, Minister Suwa, that the Admiral Sakamoto was indeed right. The Admiral Nagata is no longer himself. The evidences given to me leave no doubt in that regard.
I'm beginning to suspect this alien attack my escort suffered wasn't a coincidence. Nagata-san... Or whatever controls him now, was among the fews to know about this meeting, and about our flight plan.
I realize all this will be hard to believe. I would like you to refer to the signature recordings sent with this transmission, along with my biodata.
Those were collected by the Captain Ishikawa and the Commander Sanada during a an undercover mission.
I plead you, Minister Suwa, to take into consideration those elements and to submit Nagata-san to a full medical examination.
In the event those evidences would be a hoax, the only drawback for you would be to force an Admiral to do an examination.
But in the event all this was indeed true, our House and our people would be in great danger.
I will be staying with Sakamoto's division until you contact me back to give me new orders.
Regardless of your decision, we will obey them.
May you never regret the decisions you were forced to take, Once Bakuryō-chō taru Kaishō and Chief of Staff Takahashi,
Kusari Naval Forces.
We are delighted to find you well and seemingly without permanent damage.
We had given up all hope.
It is an understatement to say that this message greatly surprised us. Not only that it came at all, but also it's contents.
In any case, you are alive and we are glad for that.
We would like to welcome you back in Kusari as soon as possible, but we understand that you are worried...
Your accusations are grave, of that you are no doubt aware. And If it weren't you, we would outright deny your request and declare you for mentally deranged.
For such a thing to happen in Kusari again is unimaginable.
However, we are willing to lend you our ear.
We agree that your suggestion hardly is any trouble for us and therefore we will act on it. And your support for Sakamoto strengthens his position quite a bit, even with the terrible decisions he has taken.
Finally, we can solve this diplomatically.
The admiral will be examined and if, if he is found guilty of what you say, he will be removed at once.
In return, we ask for you and Sakamoto's men to return to Kusari immediately and put yourself under arrest for the time being. There you will wait for our judgement on the Nagata case. This way we can prevent any more bloodshed.
We hope to mend the fracture inside the Naval Forces soon.
For the good of all our loyal pilots and the people of Kusari.
Rear Admiral Sakamoto's division complies to your order and will be transiting to Kyushu system in a few hours.
Once the division arrived, i would humbly like to request an audience before the parliament or any commity the prime minister empowers to investigate on the last events that occured to me.
May your ancestors watch over you, Once Bakuryō-chō taru Kaishō and Chief of Staff Takahashi,
Kusari Naval Forces.
