Please leave your never ending grudge out of this. Junkers have missions to kill BHG in EVERY base. I'm not talking about the congress I'm talking about the NPCs.
I didnt mean they're KOS to each other, but in-RP junkers and bounty hunters would always be on unfriendly terms. Any junker landing at a BHG base better have a small army of personal guards or it's very likely the hunters onboard would shoot him in the back just for being there - and the same goes for Bounty hunters on junker stations... you may not be there as a threat, but dont be surprised if you're walking to the bar and a junker shivs you in the back from the shadows.
I think you'd need a -very- good reason to land on any bounty hunter station.
I know I can only answer this subjectively as I am a Junker through & through, but I do think the Kusari view on Junkers to be different from the Junker view of Junkers. I see Junkers as greedy, itinerant and pragmatic, where as Hogosha are proud, institutionalised & xenophobic.
As a Junker I try to stay neutral to every faction bar Xeno & Hogosha, so that I can have workable relations with the majority of Sirius. I've killed pilots from every faction & traded with every faction. Its just business, nothing personal - where's the issue. If factions & clans make it personal I avoid them - I fly a freighter to make money, not to test my piloting skills.

Before Pipboy started work on the Black Dragons, Kusari was a pirates paradise and I floated freely wherever it pleased me, but things have changed, darn it. Having been off the server for 6 months I can see a massive transformation in Kusari fortunes - which is why I avoid the place, which is a testimony to the obvious work that a lot of players have put into their region of space.
But to answer the main question - landing on Roppongi (or any lawful base) isnt an issue.
I don't see Junkers docking anywhere but Hogosha or Xeno bases as a problem. If you are a Junker and take the missions available against BH, you won't be able to dock at any BH stations. Thats an individual thing. Same goes for doing missions agianst Corsairs or Mollies (in Trafalgar). That is a reflection on the individual pilot, not his nationality.
If a pilot doesn't take those missions, his role play suggests he is not unfriendly toward them. There may be a family member who is BH because BH are pilots who kill for money. They could be anyone from a number of different backgrounds. How about a Kusari BH working in Bretonia?
(The above statement is for example purposes only).
One other thing, why would the Kusari Navy or State Police (I think thats what KNF/KSP stand for) escort Junkers out of Kusari space, with or without prejudice, extreme or not?
If what they are doing is legal and the two are not hostile toward each other, or am I being ignorant here?
I don't believe the Kusari military or Police are hostle to Junkers or vice versa.
If I am being ignorant, let me down gently please.
kusari navy/police, at least in my experience, will always escort junkers out of kusari space, but it usually isnt a violent thing. I was working with a KNF that escorted a junker in a luxury liner out of kusari, and the junker said "Next time, i'll just bring outcasts with me" - not a second later, both of us opened full fire and destroyed him for that threat.
