Can't see server at all can anybody help me

Hello ppl i have a problem i can't see the server when i activat the Discovery mod but i can see it when i have other mods activated i can see the discovery server and i have tried putting the -s82.113.48.5:2302 in the short cut and i have tried the FLSDCT tool thing but noting works am i missiing something to connect to the server can anybody hlpe me plz

I don't know anything about stuff like this, but you might just be so unlucky that every time you try the server is down.

open your desktop FL icon by toggling properties and you set your target info like this:

Make sure there is one space between the "s" and the thread info before it.
