The only thing I can imagine being "fair" would be a slave liner sized ship with two cruiser turrets, no CD, no CM, and almost no other guns. Simply because our ingenious Junker friends needed to strip as much energy-using equipment off of the ship as possible in order accommodate the comparably hungry cruiser turrets. Perhaps even cut down its cruise speed.
It would definitely make for a neat HQ-esque kind of ship for all those silly nomadic factions we have around Sirius.
It would have to have at least 4300 cargo.. that would be the point of it I think, as someone pointed out it has to have a bit more then the Salvager, Also it would NOT be a capital ship or a warship.. It would be another Large Transport thats a hybrid to fit in with the Junker idea, like all there ships are, good at everything, great at nothing.
We don't need no capship, we've got our lawfulls to protect us & our
allies do the killing for us.
Oh no wait, we haven't got any of that, sorry my bad!
Mixing transport turrets and GB turrets doesn't work, unless you have an insane powercore regen, take the Democritus for E.G
Charon 2000 damage, refire 2 , power 580
Cerb 3000 damage, refire 2, power 7,000
Fit just one Cerb and your powercore is gone in seconds, for an extra 1000 DPS, pointless, unless it's fitted to a GB.
Dunno how the hell they'd balance a transport to fire Cruiser guns, if It existed I wouldn't bother putting cruiser guns on it, I'd use Charons instead, and fire them with my huge core forever.

Building capital warships isn't really Blood Dragon, Rogue, Hessian, Zoner, or even Outcast/Corsair business either. Yet they all have them. Pick a different argument please.

But they should not be used for loitering around the house systems, but for long distance trading.
