Greetings to any and all Bretonian officials listening, I would like to say to start this that I am from the O'Rhu cell of the Order, call me Tantalus. I am sending this transmission due to recent spurs to act in house space, the O'Rhu cell does have activity in house space for diplomatic purposes and surveillance on Nomad activity in those places, Bretonia being a major house in that situation, but when I was stationed outside Southampton shipyard recently in New London, I encountered the captain of the ship BAF|A-HMS-Valentine. after a brief introduction, he recommend that in order to ensure safer operations in Bretonian space we ought to contact Bretonian Armed Forces High Command, I promised him that transmission and here it is, so the O'Rhu cell would like to discuss terms of operations in Bretonia with the High command. Please note the O'Rhu cell is not part of Order| personal, but if such contact need be made to the primary fleet they will be arranged. That concludes the transmission, agent Tantalus, signing out.
